There's No Excuse!

Everyone not regularly taking a vitamin probably has an excuse. 

1.  I don't remember to take them
2.  I eat well enough, so I don't need to supplement
3.  They're too expensive
4.  They upset my stomach
5.  I can't tell if they're making a difference
6.  I'm used to another brand
7.  It's too many pills to take
